The classic class that targets those probelm areas! Bums, legs and tums.
Tabata Training
A fun and fast pace class. Working on interval training for maximum fat loss and body shape transformation.
Freestyle Fitness Yoga
A fitness programme that incorporates strength, stretch and yoga postures. Learn how to understand your body, improve your posture and self awareness. Friday morning's fitness yoga class offers a more gentle approach suitable for those who are slightly older or those who prefer a slower pace Fitness Yoga class.
